03 Orders & Pricing

• We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel an order, and refund any amount paid if a product is mispriced or unavailable.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.

04 Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your full card details. You agree to pay all amounts due, including any processing fee shown at checkout.

05 Delivery

06 Game Rules & Account Risk

Third-party games are operated by their own publishers and have their own terms. Trading or purchasing in-game value from outside sources may, in some games, be against those publishers' rules. You acknowledge that you use our products at your own discretion and that we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party game or publisher. We recommend avoiding excessive purchases in a short period.

07 Refunds

08 Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or other users' accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gemona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any action taken against your game account by a third-party publisher. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
